The water coolers in the HEATKILLER® CPU series are among the best-known and best-selling CPU water coolers. Since the market launch of the first HEATKILLER® CPU water cooler in 2001, the model series has been continuously improved and optimized. The HEATKILLER® IV represents the most extensive development to date.

The cooling structure underwent the biggest revision. Thanks to refined microfins, the cooling medium now has a much larger contact surface with the cooler. The flow behavior has also been optimized. Compared to the previous model, these changes have increased the cooling performance by up to 3°C. The flow rate is also positively influenced. This is supported by large-volume collecting channels. The HEATKILLER® IV PRO has a real high-flow design, which also makes it the perfect partner for less powerful pumps.

The new cooling structure does not require a nozzle plate at all. This omission increases the passive reliability of the cooler, as this concept allows fewer dirt particles to accumulate in the cooling structure.

A lot has changed in terms of equipment too. The HEATKILLER® IV PRO now has a convenient easy-mount system. After the initial installation, the cooler can be mounted or dismantled at any time without tools. The mainboard no longer needs to be removed for this. The mounting system determines the contact pressure. Incorrect assembly is therefore practically impossible.

The HEATKILLER® IV PRO is a product "Made in Germany". It is manufactured on a state-of-the-art CNC machine park at the Watercool company headquarters.
