Easy-to-use, high-speed, automatic A4 network scanner with duplex capability. Save files directly to different destinations without connecting to a PC. System administrators can remotely control the device and configure and authenticate user accounts using LDAP. The 10.9 cm touch screen allows you to configure the control panel to increase productivity.

Advanced authentication

Prevent unauthorized access to the scanner or use of unauthorized functions with a range of authentication methods, including ID cards (card reader not included), login credentials, or PIN codes. For advanced security options, use Epson WebConfig and Document Capture Pro Server - Authentication Edition.

ScanWay for standalone scanning

Scan documents directly to the correct destination using the 10.9cm color touch-screen without connecting to a PC. Scan directly to network and cloud folders, email addresses or USB sticks.

Connectivity

The DS-790WN offers multiple connectivity options such as USB 3.0, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct and Gigabit Ethernet. In addition, it supports multiple platforms including Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Chromebook and Citrix. Scan from your phone or tablet using the Epson Smart Panel app.
