With an advanced deep learning algorithm, the Dahua Lite AI network camera series supports intelligent features like perimeter protection and SMD. The series is based on Starlight technology, which guarantees high image quality even in low-light conditions.
Smart Motion Detection (SMD)
SMD recognises object types so that accurate alarms triggered only by a person or vehicle can be realised.
Smart codec (H.265+ and H.264+)
Adaptation of an advanced algorithm allows automatic stream control. Smart coding from Dahua represents higher efficiency than H.265 and H.264 along with better image quality, reduced recording storage and transmission costs.

Intelligent video analytics in this series is implemented with object type classification, motion detection and virtual barrier crossing.
Wide dynamic range
The WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology used allows faithful registration of the scene despite high contrast. True WDR (120 dB) optimises the light and dark areas of a scene at the same time, delivering the best image quality.

Protection (IP67, wide power range)
The camera passes a series of rigorous tests for dust and water resistance. The unit can operate for up to 30 minutes when submerged at a depth of 1m. The input voltage tolerance is +/-30%, allowing the camera to be used in unstable power supply conditions.
