DS-C490 Premium compact scanner

A compact premium A4 scanner that supports a wide variety of documents, with small dimensions in use and low power consumption.

The 180-degree rotation document feeder allows you to scan paper without increasing the dimensions of the device. When switched to simple scan pass mode, you can scan passports and brochures up to 5 mm thick. Paper protection technology keeps original documents in perfect condition. The device is made of 30% recycled plastics, while lower power consumption reduces the impact on the environment.

Versatile

The DS-C490 model is extremely versatile - it can scan both envelopes and PL cards, as well as long paper and A3 sheets (stapled). It even allows you to scan passports and brochures up to 5mm thick, capture the passport's MRZ zone, and save files in Excel-compatible formats. The DS-C490 is also equipped with a range of image enhancement features that can improve text sharpness, correct edge bends, tears, peripheral shadows and remove punch holes. The built-in ultrasonic sensor avoids double paper feeding, ensuring seamless scanning of multiple pages. Scan to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Compatible with Windows, Mac and Chromebooks.

Two in one

The selector allows you to easily switch between straight path and 180-degree scan mode even while working, allowing you to create a single PDF file. When the scanner is in 180-degree rotation scanning mode, paper can be scanned without increasing the dimensions of the device, making it ideal for places with limited space.

The scanner is made of 30% recycled plastic. Moreover, its power consumption in standby mode is only 3.3 W and 1.0 W in sleep mode, which saves energy.
