The ultra-slim patch cables 74349 from Goobay with extra-short plugs drastically reduce the material volume in server racks and patch panels and ensure significantly improved air circulation and less heat buildup than with conventional cabling. In addition, the soft, low-smoke, halogen-free TPE jacket and the slim copper conductor without twisted-pair shielding offer a particularly small bending radius and exceptional flexibility. Thanks to AWG 32 and an outer diameter of just 3.8 mm, the cable is ultra-slim yet just as powerful as a standard CAT cable. The high-speed network cable is perfect for Ethernet networks with 25/40GBASE-T (40-gigabit capable) and is backward compatible with 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T and 10GBASE-T, 10/100/1,000/10,000 Mbit/s. With a transmission bandwidth of up to 2 GHz (2,000 MHz), the Ethernet cable has 4 times the bandwidth of CAT 6A cables. The ultra-flexible RJ-45 cable is suitable for Power over Ethernet (PoE, PoE+, UPoE, 4PPoE) and HDBaseT. The effective, compact bend protection is highly resistant to cable breakage and ensures a long service life for the network cable. The cables are labeled only with a paper tag; plastic bags and plastic cable ties are omitted.
