The U7-Outdoor is a high-performance WiFi 6 and WiFi 7 access point designed for outdoor environments. Built to withstand the elements, it features a UV-stabilized polycarbonate and aluminum alloy enclosure, offering IPX6 weatherproofing and excellent wind survivability up to 200 km/h (125 mph). With flexible mounting options, including wall, ceiling, and pole mounts, this device can be installed in a variety of outdoor settings.
The U7-Outdoor supports dual-band MIMO (2x2) for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies, offering maximum data rates of up to 688 Mbps for 2.4 GHz and 4.3 Gbps for 5 GHz. The device is equipped with a directional internal antenna and external omni antennas, providing wide coverage with gains of up to 12.5 dBi on the 5 GHz band. It supports up to 200+ concurrent clients, making it ideal for high-density environments.
Powered by PoE+ with a maximum power consumption of 19W, the U7-Outdoor ensures efficient performance. The access point integrates with the UniFi Network software and supports advanced security features, including WPA-PSK, WPA-Enterprise (WPA/WPA2/WPA3), VLAN 802.1Q, and guest traffic isolation.
