The Antec C5: Midi-Tower with extensive cooling options
The Antec C5 offers you more than enough space to assemble and install your hardware as you wish. Your gaming hardware is effectively cooled by the numerous cooling options. The dual-chamber design also allows the CPU and GPU, as well as the power supply, to be cooled independently, leading to even more efficient airflow. In addition, the tempered glass on the side and front allows a generous view into the interior of your case, letting the stylish RGB lighting really shine.
Fans and Radiators
Powerful hardware requires equally powerful cooling to prevent overheating. In the Antec C5, you can install up to ten fans accordingly. You can fit either three 120-mm fans or two 140-mm fans on the top and side. Additionally, three more 120-mm fans can be mounted at the bottom, and one at the rear.
The special feature: Alongside the tower, you already get a total of seven 120-mm PWM fans included. Of these, three are mounted at the bottom and three on the side, with a reverse orientation. The seventh fan, with normal orientation, is at the back.
If you prefer installing a water cooling system, there are also plenty of options. Radiators up to 360 mm can be installed in several locations: on the top and at the bottom. There's also space for a 280-mm radiator on the side, and a 120-mm one at the rear.
With so many options for cooling your hardware, your gaming PC will always perform at its best. Dust filters on the bottom and top ensure that as little dust as possible accumulates inside, significantly extending the life of your components.
Hardware Options
The midi-tower supports the installation of graphics cards up to 410 mm in size, making it suitable for the current NVIDIA 40-series GPUs. Motherboards up to ATX format are supported, including the latest back-connect design motherboards, so you won’t have to deal with messy cables.
The CPU cooler should not exceed a height of 160 mm. The power supply, on the other hand, offers great flexibility, as it can be up to 220 mm long and is mounted on the side of the tower. To ensure you have enough storage for your programs and games, the Antec C5 allows you to install up to three drives on the side or the bottom.
