The Montech XR Wood: Elegant midi-tower with enormous airflow
With simple wood accents, a mesh design, and a side panel made of tempered glass, the Montech case makes a minimalistic and elegant impression at first glance. Behind the façade are four dust filters for large air inlets and four pre-installed 120 mm ARGB fans that provide strong airflow.
The Montech XR series
Structurally, the XR Wood from Montech borrows much from the XR. With a new front section made of mesh with wood accents and the I/O position shifted upwards, the XR Wood is a successful expansion of Montech's XR lineup.
Compact size without compromise
Whether it's cooling, airflow, or hardware space, the compact design of the Montech XR Wood makes no compromises. There's enough room for a CPU cooler up to 175 mm in height and mounting options for up to twelve 120 mm fans, guaranteeing optimal cooling for your high-performance hardware and strong airflow through the case.
There is also enough space for graphics cards up to 420 mm long. Even the most powerful graphics cards keep their chips cool thanks to the strong airflow in the case.
Large radiators for optimal cooling
If AiOs or even custom loops are more your style, the case provides space for a 360 mm radiator at the top and a 120 mm radiator at the rear. Dust filters inside the case prevent bothersome dust buildup in your radiators without significantly affecting airflow.
Well-equipped I/O panel
To keep up with the connectivity needs of modern CPUs and chipsets, Montech didn't cut corners on the I/O panel either. A USB Type-C port with 10 Gbit/s data throughput and two USB Type-A ports with 5 Gbit/s speed each allow convenient connection of devices or storage media to the front I/O of the case. In addition, two common 3.5 mm audio jacks are also available.
