With the Phanteks NV5 MK2, you make no compromises when it comes to cooling and showcasing your hardware. The left side panel and seamlessly integrated front are made of tempered glass, offering an exceptional panoramic view of your components. The top and right side panel feature fine mesh for optimal airflow.
The subtle DRGB lighting enhances the look of the case even more, showcasing your hardware.
Optimal airflow for your components
When developing the NV series, and especially the NV5 MK2, Phanteks focused on optimal component cooling from the start. The case is designed to be very open with unobstructed airflow. The top and right mesh panels allow for excellent air exchange. The case floor is angled with a maximum distance of 34 mm from the surface, giving plenty of room for fresh air to be drawn into your case.
Numerous mounting options for better cooling
The Phanteks NV5 MK2 offers numerous options for installing fans to optimally cool your hardware. There's space for up to eight 120 mm fans: three at the top, three at the side, one at the rear, and one at the bottom.
The case also supports the installation of up to two 360 mm radiators—one at the top and one at the side. An additional 120 mm radiator can be mounted at the rear.
Plenty of space for your gaming hardware
If you want to use a large motherboard to get the most out of your system, the NV5 MKII is also the right choice. You can easily fit E-ATX motherboards for maximum compatibility. Graphics cards up to 440 mm in length and 170 mm in width, as well as CPU coolers up to 180 mm in height, can also be installed. The case is designed to be wider for greater compatibility with modern, wider GPUs and 12VHPWR cables. For added stability, a GPU support bracket is also included.
The case also offers space for up to four 2.5-inch SSDs and three 3.5-inch HDDs, giving you enough storage options for all your data. The 2.5-inch SSDs can be mounted on the back of the motherboard tray and in the PSU shroud, while the 3.5-inch HDDs can be installed in a removable cage at the bottom of the case. The modular design makes installation easier and ensures a tidy interior.
Robust construction and well-equipped I/O panel
In addition to the tempered glass panels, the PC case impresses with its construction made entirely of sturdy steel. The seamless glass panels not only provide an elegant look but also a clear view of your components.
The I/O panel features a power button, HD audio and microphone jack, a USB 3.2 Type-C port, and two USB 3.0 Type-A ports for faster data transfer. There are also two buttons to control the DRGB lighting: one for mode and one for color.
Intelligent cable management
The Phanteks NV5 MK2 offers a sophisticated cable management system for a neat and tidy look. The case's PSU shroud is especially practical, as it can be opened for easy cable handling. Additionally, the case supports motherboards with Back Connect.
Back-connect motherboards, such as MSI’s Project Zero or ASUS’s BTF motherboards, have power, data, and other connectors arranged on the rear of the motherboard, giving you not only cleaner cable management in your case but also better airflow.
