The Fractal Design Torrent is a mid-tower with an airflow-optimized interior and generous air intakes. The striking front is equipped with two 180 mm fans, and the bottom features three 140 mm fans. The powerful airflow keeps even high-performance gaming PCs and workstations cool. Due to its high compatibility with radiators, the case is also suitable for water-cooled systems.

The Torrent mid-tower puts everything on one card: airflow. To achieve this, the front and bottom are equipped with generous air intakes and pre-installed fans. Two 180 mm fans are installed in the front from the factory. These have been specially developed and are particularly powerful due to their 38 mm thickness. Three 140 mm fans are used at the bottom.
The interior has been completely optimized for unobstructed airflow. The power supply sits at the top of the case in an aerodynamic PSU shroud. Cleverly designed guides and mounts facilitate neat cable management, benefiting both aesthetics and directed airflow. Data carriers like SSDs and HDDs are installed on the backside of the motherboard tray, also contributing to a tidy interior.
Made for Water Cooling
The Fractal Design Torrent also offers generous options for water-cooled systems. The front and bottom can each accommodate a 360 or 420 mm radiator. Prepared mounting holes make it easier to install reservoirs—no more tedious drilling.
This provides enough space for two large AIO coolers or an extensive custom water cooling system.
Plenty of Space for Gaming Hardware
With its generously designed interior, the Torrent offers space for large high-end graphics cards. The integrated GPU support bracket of the case supports heavy cards, prevents sagging, and thus prevents damage. With a total of seven PCI slots, multi-GPU configurations are also possible without any issues—providing enough power for gaming enthusiasts, content creators, or professional users.
Thanks to the wide support of motherboard formats, a variety of systems and hardware configurations can be realized in the Torrent. Everything from Mini-ITX to E-ATX is possible.
Well Equipped
Up to nine fans can be connected to the integrated Nexus 9P Slim PWM fan hub, which is powered via a SATA cable. Connected to the motherboard, all fans can be controlled and regulated simultaneously, ensuring efficient cooling and optimal acoustics.
The package includes two dust filters for the bottom and front. These can be optionally attached to protect the interior from dust and dirt.
