Its large copper base plate and fin array maximize heat transfer, making this all-in-one water cooler perfect for use with high-end CPUs. Thanks to its space-saving, slim design, you can even install high-performance RAM with large heat spreaders without any issues. This also improves airflow.
The AiO water cooling system is compatible with all common AMD and Intel sockets – including AM5 and LGA 1851.
Cooling block with cover and integrated fan
The built-in pump impresses with its high cooling performance at up to 3,100 RPM and low noise level of just 20 dB(A). It also features a brushed aluminum cover and an integrated fan that provides additional cooling for voltage regulators and M.2 SSDs around the CPU socket.
Strong cooling performance with the D30 fans
Three powerful 120 mm D30 fans from Phanteks deliver massive airflow and pinpoint radiator cooling. With an airflow of up to 109.25 m³/h and a static pressure of 3.01 mmH₂O, they're purpose-built for use in AiO coolers – even with dense fin structures or overclocked high-end processors. Despite this performance, they are barely audible at just 30.2 dB(A) at full speed – and with PWM control, you won't hear them at all at low CPU loads if you adjust the fan curve accordingly.
The clever interconnect design allows you to easily link the fans together – with noticeably fewer cables. The result: tidier cable management and an overall cleaner look inside your PC.
