The graphene thermal pads of the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series are excellent alternatives to high-performance thermal pastes. Like the Carbonaut pads, they feature a flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity. However, KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity than Carbonaut pads, making it a high-end product. This superior performance is due not only to the choice of materials but also to an innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components and, therefore, does not experience the aging effects typical of traditional thermal pastes. It cannot dry out.

The KryoSheet graphene pads have a molecular structure stacked in the Z-direction. This optimized structure ensures excellent and consistent thermal conductivity. It is achieved through a specially developed manufacturing process that disrupts the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite along the basal plane, allowing for the anisotropic thermal conductivity properties of graphite to be utilized. As a side effect of this complex process, the electrical conductivity is also increased and the stability of the KryoSheet pads is affected, so the pads must only be used as instructed!

Multiple uses of KryoSheet are not recommended!
When removing the cooler or handling the KryoSheet after use, micro-cracks may form in the graphene pad structure, which can impact performance.
