The graphene thermal pads in the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series are excellent alternatives to high-performance thermal pastes. Similar to the Carbonaut pads, they feature an adaptable surface and very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity as a high-end product, thanks not only to the choice of material but also to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components, which means it does not suffer from typical aging processes seen with traditional thermal paste, and it cannot dry out.

The KryoSheet graphene pads have a molecular structure stacked in the Z-direction. This optimized structure results in exceptional and consistent thermal conductivity. This is achieved through a specifically developed manufacturing process that breaks up the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite along the basal plane, taking advantage of the anisotropic thermal conductivity of graphite. As a side effect of this complex process, electrical conductivity is also increased, and the stability of the KryoSheet pads is affected, so the pads must only be used according to the instructions!

Reuse of KryoSheet is not recommended!
When disassembling the cooler or handling KryoSheet after use, micro-cracks may form in the structure of the graphene pads, which can impact performance.
