The PCI Express card by Delock expands the PC with four external USB 3.2 ports, two USB-C™ and two USB Type-A ports. Various USB devices such as docking stations, card readers, external enclosures, etc. can be connected to the card. The card features four ASM3242 chipsets, with a separate chipset for each USB port. This ensures the high data transfer rate of 20 Gbps on the USB Type-C™ ports and 10 Gbps on the USB Type-A ports when they are used simultaneously. The PCIe card can be powered via the PCIe connector. If this is not sufficient, the card has a 4-pin power connector. A maximum of 5 V / 3 A is supplied at the USB Type-C™ ports and 5 V / 0.9 A at the Type-A ports, with a maximum of 7.8 A across all ports together.
