The Palm Rejection function allows the monitor to ignore accidental touches of the screen with the hand while writing on the board using a pen.
The multitude of available ports makes the monitor even more adapted to work in any conditions and connecting more devices. The monitor is equipped with, among others. in USB-C connectors enabling the transmission of sound, image and touch (Front PD 20V 5A [PD 20V 3.25A with OPS connected], Back PD 5V 3A), Display port and HDMI Out.
Built-in WiFi/Bluetooth module allows for convenient, quick connection to available networks and instant launch of Bluetooth to transfer files or wirelessly connect devices such as speakers or headphones.
Precise touch control - thanks to Zero Bonding technology, using the monitor is even more natural. The minimum space between the display and the protective glass means that the electronic ink appears just under the pen, with the parallax phenomenon limited to a minimum. This improves the writing experience, making the most frequently used functions of the interactive monitor - taking notes, writing or drawing - more enjoyable and more intuitive.
The built-in wireless image transfer application allows you to connect to 8 computers or mobile devices at once and display up to four images simultaneously. Wireless image, sound and touch transfer allows for even more convenient collaboration and eliminates the need to connect each computer directly to the monitor.
Monitor software updates via the Internet (Over-the-Air) ensure that it will always receive the latest features and applications. The user can easily install the update themselves when it is available, so they will not miss out on future changes.
TS 8 monitors are prepared to support 4K/UHD resolution. The image is displayed by an advanced panel with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 and a refresh rate of 60Hz.
Thanks to the unique solution of shared USB ports on the front of the monitor, once the USB memory is connected, it will be available both in the Android system and the built-in OPS computer without the need to switch between ports.
The annotation tool allows you to annotate any image or use the monitor as an interactive whiteboard. This tool also allows you to use a stopwatch, timer, spotlight and a voting system.
The voting tool, which is called up from the shortcut bar available on each source, allows you to ask any question, collect answers and quickly summarize them. And this is regardless of whether a presentation, an Android browser or an image from an external source such as a laptop are displayed.
The monitor locking function is a solution dedicated to the school environment and works well in crowded places. USB Disk Lock allows you to lock the monitor and unlock it only after connecting a key (USB memory) with the appropriate unlocking file. The monitor locking application will protect it similarly to a phone with a code. Both solutions protect the equipment and the data available on it from unauthorized use.
Avtek TS monitors come with interactive Note software for Windows, which allows you to both prepare lessons and handle business presentations. Note supports the same file format as the whiteboard application in Android, so you can start editing the same file on the monitor and then finish it in the Note application in Windows.
In addition to the Note software, the monitor comes with two more programs: Connect and Capture. The first is used to communicate between the mobile device and the PC and allows, among other things, for image transfer in both directions and presentation control. This makes remote control of the monitor from the computer simple and intuitive.
Capture is a useful tool for recording and editing presentations or lectures. It allows you to record the Windows computer desktop and the image from the connected camera (or both at the same time). Capture also offers quick editing of materials that can be saved, sent to the cloud or published on services such as YouTube as a single video file.
Interactive monitors are ideal for scenarios with different requirements, which is why our monitor is equipped with an OPS connector in the Intel standard, enabling the connection of an OPS computer with different specifications.
