The MB991U3-1SB is an external 2.5” SATA 6Gbit/s to USB 3.0 HDD/SSD enclosure that is made entirely of metal and offers enterprise-level quality. The removable EZ-Slide Mini-Tray, which also supports hot swap, allows users to quickly and easily replace 2.5" SATA hard drives or SSDs without having to shut down their system or device, saving valuable time. The EZ-Slide Mini-Tray accommodates most 2.5" SATA HDDs/SSDs currently available on the market with heights from 5 mm to 15 mm. The drive bay was designed to support a wide variety of different ToughArmor trays, giving users optimal compatibility with their internal ToughArmor solutions anytime and anywhere. The USB interface enables particularly fast transfer rates and is backward compatible with USB 2.0, ensuring compatibility with as many systems as possible. The ToughArmor MB991U3-1SB combines the advantages of a portable enclosure with enterprise-level features. It is the ideal enclosure for enterprise storage applications such as SME backup solutions, data recovery, video archiving, data transport, and IT professionals.
