With the SKILLER SGK50 S3 Barebone, there are no limits to customization. For this, the Hot-Swap gaming keyboard in a thoughtfully designed 75% format comes completely without preinstalled switches and keycaps. Its slim form factor delivers the same functionality as a three-block keyboard while minimizing space usage. The SKILLER SGK50 S3 Barebone can accommodate almost any commercially available switches with 3 and 5 pins as well as keycaps made from a material of the user’s choice. Thanks to a clever switch plate and the included positioning plates, all ANSI and ISO layouts are covered language-independently. Natively, the keyboard offers a wide range of functions without disruptive software, up to and including macro programming. Two macros, each with up to 16 actions, can be set up and overwritten using key combinations. The SKILLER SGK50 S3 Barebone is also compatible with the open-source software QMK and VIA, with which the keyboard can be programmed exactly according to the user’s needs. Like the other features, the lighting can be adjusted with just a few steps. A variety of single- and multi-color lighting effects are available in different variations. The installed positioning plate made of polycarbonate not only improves the sound of the switches, but also ensures an even distribution of the lighting. The strong appearance of the SKILLER SGK50 S3 Barebone is rounded off by a removable spiral cable typical for the series, with USB-C and USB-A connectors, which has been further optimized for a perfect look at all times.
