The exterior of the keyboard is made of plastic and finished in black. The keyboard is also equipped with RGB lighting. Flip-out feet and a magnetic wrist rest increase comfort during use. SteelSeries Apex 3: Stylish gaming keyboard with RGB lighting
The SteelSeries Apex 3 recognizes up to 24 keys simultaneously, making it ideal for action-packed games and fast typing. It is equipped with SteelSeries Whisper Quiet Gaming Switches. These are rubber dome switches designed for intensive use of 20 million keystrokes and are very quiet.
The full-size keyboard offers an integrated numpad and additional multimedia controls such as the clickable metal scroll wheel. The black plastic housing of the SteelSeries Apex 3 highlights the integrated RGB lighting with 10 zones. This can be configured via software. The white key lettering is translucent.
Thanks to the flip-out feet, the angle of the keyboard can be adjusted. The rubber coating ensures that the keyboard stands firmly on the desk. SteelSeries also includes a magnetic wrist rest, increasing comfort during extended use. The keyboard is connected to the PC via a permanently attached USB cable.
