Multiple Passwords for Data Recovery
Use an administrator and user password, as well as a one-time password for data recovery. The administrator can reset the user password and create a one-time recovery password to allow the user to access their data if they forget their password.
Complex Password or Passphrase Mode
Select the Complex Password or Passphrase mode. Passwords can be full sentences or multiple words that are easy for the user to remember, ranging from 10 to 128 characters in length. The password entry preview feature (eye symbol) helps avoid typos.
Industry-first dual hidden partition option
Administrators can create two custom-sized hidden partitions for administrators and users. Data remains safe and invisible in this hidden file storage that can only be accessed in a specific way. Dual hidden partitions can provide additional security on unknown systems or when it is necessary to share storage.
Crypto-Erase password for emergencies
Entering the Crypto-Erase password erases encryption keys, permanently deletes all data, and resets the storage.
General and session read-only options
Both administrators and users can set read-only mode for a single session to protect storage from malware on unknown systems. The administrator can also enable a general read-only mode that will remain active until the drive is reset.
