Plustek OpticFilm 8200i Ai is a powerful device with an optical resolution of 7200 dpi. Its precise optical system perfectly reproduces a wide tonal range and image detail in the shadows. Built-in infrared channel helps the user to eliminate the image of dust particles and scratches that are visible on the scan negatives and slides. Importantly, this process is automatic and there is no need for additional image processing. Attached to the device template IT8 calibration, it makes the scanner very accurately reproduces colors and details.
OpticFilm 8200i Ai scanner works perfectly with the professional software SilverFast from LaserSoft Imaging. Multi-Exposure® SilverFast increases the dynamic range, reduces noise and improves the quality of detail in the reproduced image.
