The Manfrotto 410PL quick release plate is a low profile plate for the RC4 quick release system. It is larger than Manfrotto's standard RC2 system's plate, and it comes supplied with both 1/4"-20 and 3/8" threaded screws. Its screw travels along a 2" grooved slot, to better accommodate professional cameras of different dimensions.
