Touchscreen Control Panel

Temperature Control
Use the thermostat settings to adjust the device's operating temperature within a standard range of 80 to 200°C. If you plan to dry mushrooms, set the temperature between 30 and 90°C. You can manually control the temperature using the convenient buttons in 5°C increments or use preset programs with a default temperature.
Timer Adjustment
Manage the fryer's operating time manually using the convenient buttons or use one of the preset programs with a default time. For everyday cooking, set the timer up to 60 minutes (in 1-minute increments) depending on your needs. And if you're planning a dehydration program, you can choose from 1 to 24 hours (in 1-hour increments).

Use the electronic control to quickly and accurately adjust the time, temperature, and other operating parameters to your needs. Convenient electronic control offers greater precision, giving you complete control over the cooking process and the convenience of use that manual controls don't offer.
Cool-Touch Handle
A moment of inattention while cooking is all it takes to cause a burn. With a safe, cool-to-touch handle, there's no risk of burns. The fryer's handle is made of special materials that don't absorb heat from the device. You don't need any additional accessories to safely open the device during use.
