XSPC RTL Rigid Tube Bending Lubricant - 100ml | PETG & Acrylic Lubricants

XSPC RTL is a water-based lubricant for bending PETG or acrylic tubes.

RTL prevents the bending rubber (bend cord, silicone insert) from bending tightly after bending and getting stuck inside the tube. This allows you to make more complex and tighter bends without the risk of the insert breaking and ruining the bend. After you have completed the bend, simply rinse the tube with warm water to remove the lubricant.

• A 30 ml bottle is enough for 1-2 projects and a 100 ml bottle is enough for 3-6 projects.

Application:

• Apply a small amount of RTL to the inside of the pipe
• Insert the bending rubber and rotate it to coat the rubber
• Heat the pipe and make the required bend
• Pull the bending rubber out of the pipe
• Rinse the pipe thoroughly with warm water to remove the lubricant
