Itella SmartPOST parcel delivery

The Itella SmartPOST courier delivers the goods to the corresponding parcel machine for €2.50.

NB! Free delivery is available from €200.

The customer receives an e-mail notification when Arvutitark has handed over the package to the courier and an SMS when the package has arrived.

Itella Smart Courier

Itella Smart courier delivers packages to the client's front door for 5.90 €.

Receive your goods six days a week (Mon-Sat) on the following day after order is placed (excl. Sunday and small islands). Choose a suitable timeframe (9.00-17.00 or 17.00-21.00) and order your goods to the office or at home. 

On the day of the delivery, the customer will receive an SMS notification about the incoming delivery. If the package cannot be delivered to the customer on the first attempt, the courier will arrange a second time if necessary. According to the customer's wishes, it's possible to redirect the package to a suitable parcel terminal without an additional fee.

Capture pictures of the packaging and product by doing this. Contact us at info@arvutitark.ee by sending us pictures and submit a claim on the Itella website.
